Purchase Policy

When you purchase a product from Aerotrend, you can count on getting the highest quality product for the best possible price. If you feel that you did not get your money's worth or are unsatisfied in any way of our products then please return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Payment Information

Acceptable online payment methods include American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Returns, Repairs, Replacements, Refunds Policy

To return a product for a repair, replacement, or refund:

Give us a call, fax or e-mail and tell us that you want to return a product.
You will then be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
With the RA# and Proof of Purchase ** send it to:

State in a letter that you would like us to repair, replace, or refund you money.
Your request will be sent out the next day.

** Proof of purchase is required only if you want to receive a refund. It is not needed for repair or replacement of product.

Shipping Policy

Aerotrend uses UPS and USPS for shiping. All shipping prices are for orders shipped within the continental usa.

Anything shipped outside of the USA will have different shipping options.
